In the Rider Waite Smith Tarot, #8 is called Strength and shows a young maiden playing with a lion.
This card often represents the ability to connect our instincts with our intellect. It’s our wild side working under the command of our rational self.
Strength has a fiery power, but it’s in control, not tempestuous or raging. She’s sweet and innocent, yet determined, sure, and full of enthusiasm.
While watching the video below, I couldn’t help but think of the Strength card. The little girl and the lion are playing it out before our eyes.
With the help of a sturdy glass wall of course.
