Here’s another Tarot Kickstarter Project, but this time it’s not a deck. It’s a dance show called Fortune Telling by the Long Beach, California dance company, RhetOracle.
Fortune Telling will be the company’s 6th full-length show. It features 10 new works, all inspired by the imagery of the Rider Waite Smith deck.
The performance will be structured as a Tarot reading with seven different choreographers each creating a dance based on a particular card.
The cards they’ll explore include the Magician and the Knight of Wands reversed, the Fool, Death, the 8 of Swords, the Hanged Man, and Judgment.
The show looks really interesting. I hope they get the support they need.

High Priestess as Temperance
The Moon moves into Sagittarius today and will be there until Monday.
Looking at it through the eyes of the Tarot, you can describe this transit as being like the High Priestess wearing Temperance’s clothing. She’s dressed like an angel.
The Moon in Sagittarius, or High Priestess in Temperance’s clothing, indicates a time when intellect, practicality, emotions and passion can work together in relative ease.
What’s normally only an idea might find its way to becoming real. Even-tempered inspiration and emotional playfulness can create what look like miracles.
Take this time to bring your emotions in line with your passions. And play with your most serious ideas. It’s in combining the unexpected that you’ll likely find gold.

#3 – The Empress
Creation and the celebration of the senses are highlighted today. Art, food, music – anything that inspires our physical and emotional selves will inspire you and be well worth the time.
Nurture yourself and others. It’ll probably be hard not to. Nurturance isn’t just a luxury. You need to maintain and even increase your strength in order to create what you’ve been working on. Eat delicious, healthy foods, surround yourself with beauty, take warm, aromatic baths . . . it’s all part of the Empress’ path to creation.
If you’ve been dealing with issues surrounding motherhood, women, or femininity in general, this would be a great day to take a closer look. There’s wonderful energy now to help you resolve issues you might have thought irresolvable.
