Mercury moves into Pisces today and will stay there until February 13th.
From a Tarot perspective, this transit would be like the Magician is wearing the Moon’s clothing. He’s all but disappeared except for his face.
Mercury in Pisces, or the Magician in the Moon’s clothing is a time when it’s possible for the unexplainable to be explained, or at least demonstrated more consciously than usual.
Use this time to connect with your unconscious, or those areas in your life you keep most hidden from even yourself. Then journal about it, blog, or talk with people you trust.
Dreams are likely to be a rich source of inspiration, and psychic communication enhanced.
Be wary though of silver-tongued story-tellers trying to convince you to buy something in the dark. It’s best to wait till day, and to look over the goods in the light.

Physically things will likely be pretty good today. You’re probably feeling strong and have enough of everything that you really need. You might even have more than enough and can give some away.
If you do, take advantage of this period to be generous. You’ve done wonderfully in building your world, see if you can help someone else do the same.
Prosperity and stability are highlighted. Enjoy the fruits of your labour. It’s been your steady steps and sometimes less than exciting work that has brought you to where you are. Good work.

The Moon moves into Aquarius today and stays there until Saturday.
Described in Tarot cards, this transit would be like the High Priestess is dressed as the Star. In other words, her robes are gone and she’s naked as the bird in the tree behind her.
The Moon in Aquarius, or High Priestess in the Star’s clothing, can sometimes be emotionally stressful. Hope may be in the air, but it’s a cautious hope.
Emotionally you feel like sharing, bubbling over with dreams for the future. But your mind keeps getting in the way, reminding you that dreams can sometimes be nightmares.
Try not to spend what could be a nice time double guessing yourself or listing off all the reasons things could go wrong. They might. But they probably won’t.
Be real, but not a wet blanket. Rather than smothering your dreams, direct them with intelligence.

It’s a day to dissolve the fog and start looking at things with fresh and honest eyes. With a commitment to clarity, new ideas and a new sense of authority will be close on the horizon.
Take things in hand and energetically start slicing through any fuzziness you’ve not wanted to look past till now. Are you happy with what you’re seeing? If yes – go forward with strength. If not, figure out what you actually want, re-direct yourself towards it and go forward with strength.
In either case, you need to see things for what they really are before you can intelligently decide what your next step might be. This is no time to fool yourself. It’s a time to take charge, be realistic and be strong.

For the past twenty years, psychics, card readers, and other mystics have been prohibited from carrying on business in the small town of Deadwood, South Dakota.
That might soon change, however, as the Deadwood City Commission considers repealing what the town’s mayor describes as an ‘antiquated’ law.
As it stands, the present ordinance states,
“A. No person shall advertise or engage in or carry on any business of telling fortunes, carrying on a business advertising or involving a cult or psychics powers, facilities or forces, clairvoyants, spirits, mediumship, seership, prophesy, astrology, palmistry, necromancy, or other craft, science cards, tellsman, charms, potions, magnetism or magnetized articles or substances, oriental mysteries or magic of any kind or nature or numerology, or engage in any of these businesses within the city limits.
B. The provisions of this section shall not be construed to include, prohibit or interfere with the exercise of any religious or spiritual function of any priest, minister, rector or an accredited representative of any bona fide church or religion.” section 5.52.010
The provisions do however, interfere with the Deadwood Chamber & Visitor Bureau’s ability to market ghost tours, psychic fairs, and other mystical events in their historically fascinating little town.
“I think we have a lot of hauntings in Deadwood that people would be interested in”, chamber events coordinator Sarah Anderson is reported as saying by rapidcityjournal.com.
Two hotels in town have already been featured on paranormal television shows and the Bureau would like to be able to encourage more business of that sort.
Some residents, however, are opposed to the idea, and the local ministerial association will be asked to offer their comments at the next public meeting to be held on February 3rd.

#21 – The Universe
Dance and rejoice! You deserve to celebrate after a long journey. A phase in your life is coming to a close – it’s big but not scary.
This is a good day to reflect on what’s been happening in your life over the last long while. Where were your successes and what would you rather leave behind? How did all the little stories turn into a whole big narrative?
Review, laugh and maybe even cry, but don’t carry old burdens with you going forward. Be free and open and willing to be vulnerable. You’ve done what you can. It’s time now to simply enjoy your own little slice of the universe. You’ll have plenty of time to plan your next step tomorrow.

If you were to describe this transit using the Tarot, you might say that the High Priestess is wearing the Devil’s clothing. The virginal goddess has gotten downright beastly.
The Moon in Capricorn, or High Priestess in the Devil’s clothing, is a period of potential internal conflict. The physical world might seem to draw you away from what you typically believe to be right.
You might feel driven or compelled by behaviours and attitudes that go against the grain of your morality. It could be liberating or disturbing, depending on your secrets.
Whatever’s going on though, don’t be too hard on yourself. Get obsessions out of your system, and learn what you can about yourself while you do so.
You should be ready to move on soon. There’s nothing wrong with a little focused physicality. Just don’t get stuck.

#12 – The Hanged Man
This isn’t the day for action. It’s time to slow down and take a close look at what’s been going on. And if you can do it from a different perspective – great! Choose a comfortable place to relax and review what you’ve been up to. It might seem like a sacrifice, but it’s well worth it.
Are there patterns in your life that seem to be becoming more obvious than usual? This is a wonderful time to pay attention to how you’re life’s been going these last three months or so. Does it remind you of another time – maybe 12 years ago?
Look carefully at any people, places or things from your past (or that remind you of the past) that might unexpectedly appear. They might be highlighting particular areas in your life you’re repeating. Is it a repetition you’re happy with?
After you’ve done some review, start thinking about where you want to go next. Your old ways are almost over. Think about the new patterns you want to develop – you’ll be ready to start them soon enough. For now, relax, review and let yourself imagine?
