Thalassa and the Daughters of Divination have put together a bounty of wonderful perks to offer supporters. And she’s telling the truth when she says beverages taste better coming from a BATS mug. I have one and it’s true!
BATS will be held in San Jose this year on August 17th and 18th. As per usual, it’s going to be spectacular.
I’m going to do my best to be there. I hope you do too.
It’s taken me a few weeks to get my photos from BATS 2012 together, but here they are!
Don’t be alarmed by the ones of Dan Pelletier in a straight-jacket. I can assure you he went into it of his own accord and impressively managed to wiggle his way free.
The whole event was a grand success. Thank you Thalassa and the Daughters of Divination!
Our topic is ‘problem cards’ and how to turn them from frustrating adversaries to your best friends in the deck.
We’ll also be looking at the dark and difficult aspects of the cards and how to read their shadows and light.
And of course with BATS coming up August 27-28, we’ll be talking about that incredible event as well. This year marks the 20th anniversary and it’s sure to be a Tarot extravaganza.

Another Tarot conference well worth attending is the Bay Area Tarot Symposium, otherwise known as BATS.
It’s on August 27-28, 2011 in beautiful San Francisco, California.
Organized by the enchanting Thalassa, in association with the Daughters of Divination, BATS is the oldest continuously produced Tarot event in the world.
And this year looks like it’s going to be especially excellent.
