For your Saturday viewing pleasure, I’ve posted the LoopdeLoop Dance Party video below.
The short film is a collaboration of over 100 animators all focused on the joy of dancing. It was compiled by Nathanael Scott with music by Miro Belle.
Though there’s no Tarot in the film, I’m sure the dancing goddess from the World card would approve.

In the Golden Dawn system of Tarot/Astrology, the World card is associated with Saturn.
At least on a superficial level, such an association always seemed a little odd to me.
Though of course I see that both the planet and the card have rings circling a central figure, there’s a definite feeling of celebration in the World card that seems missing in Saturn’s astrological reputation as a task-master.
Seeing the video below called Around Saturn by Fabio Di Donato though, gave me a whole new way of looking at the planet.
Just as the lady in the World is always dancing, if you look at Saturn from the right perspective, it’s always dancing too!

Here’s an adorable little film called The Heart of The Matter by Reuben Loane.
It’s about a man who makes a wish that his girlfriend will marry him, and in the process discovers what really makes the world go round.
Though it’s not a Tarot tale, I couldn’t help but see it as the Knight of Cups meeting the Hermit, and learning one of the World’s secrets – to share something precious will bring you infinite return.
(Oh, and also, that apparently, the earth spins with the help of a coin-operated machine run by an old man in the bottom of a well – who knew?)

Dance and rejoice! You deserve to celebrate after a long journey. A phase in your life is coming to a close – it’s big but not scary.
This is a good day to reflect on what’s been happening in your life over the last long while. Where were your successes and what would you rather leave behind? How did all the little stories turn into a whole big narrative?
Review, laugh and maybe even cry, but don’t carry old burdens with you going forward. Be free and open and willing to be vulnerable. You’ve done what you can. It’s time now to simply enjoy your own little slice of the universe. You’ll have plenty of time to plan your next step tomorrow.
