The Moon moves into Gemini today and will stay there until Saturday.
From a Tarot perspective, this transit would be like the High Priestess is dressed as the Lovers’ Angel. She floats above the naked couple, blessing their sacred union.
The Moon in Gemini, or High Priestess dressed as the Lovers’ angel, can be an emotionally confusing time, one where internal conflicts arise in order to be reconciled.
But it can also be a time of clarity, honest communication and almost intuitive understanding about yourself and those around you.
Quiet faith teams up with commitment and the Angels approve of the whole thing.
Try to keep your emotions in line with your reason. Going too far either way could disturb a really nice balance.

4 of Disks
Money might be tough to come by, while time is even more precious. Wherever you look, though, it seems like someone else is asking for more. The tendency here is to gather yourself and your resources and go off alone to think.
Go ahead and do that if you’d like, but try not to get yourself too closed off. You probably have more than you think you do. Maybe even enough to share.
If you’re being asked to spend on something that will help establish an even firmer foundation than you presently have, give it some serious thought. It might be more than you had anticipated, but the pay offs are probably well worth it.
Extravagant or foolish spending is not recommended, but remember the old adage – it takes money to make money. If you don’t put it out there, be it actual money, your physical effort or something else you consider really important, nothing’s coming back.
This is true about your emotions as well, don’t hold them too close to the chest. Be generous with your heart. Remember, you get what you give.
Since it’s almost Halloween, here’s a scary trick for you …
It’s magician Rich Ferguson doing a head drop prank. He’s really good at it.
He reminds me, in fact, of the Magician from my Toronto Graffiti Tarot who,
“ … regularly demonstrated his skills by cutting off his head and replacing it without harm …”

#20 – Judgment
Most likely, this is an important time. You’re probably coming to the end of a long phase and are in the process of review.
Judgment might be a heavy word to use, but that’s likely the situation – you’re judging yourself and your progress to date. How do you rate yourself? How are you rating others? Where do you want to go next?
There’s a strong element of resurrection in this energy. As the phase you’re in comes to a close, you ready yourself for rebirth. Listen carefully to what your soul is trying to tell you. What have you learned through these last years? What might you want to try again? What might you want to let go of? The big question is how might you be even more alive going forward?
Enjoy this time for what it is, though it might feel confusing and even a little anxiety-ridden. Soon there will be movement. Take a good look at your past, a good look at your present and envision what you want to do next. What do you want your life to be like tomorrow? It’s up to you to make it happen.
In the fall of last year, artist Daniel Martin Diaz became obsessed with scientific diagrams. Though he knew they weren’t intended for their aesthetic value, he thought they were beautiful and was inspired to create his own.
In his forthcoming book, Soul of Science, Diaz shows us some of what he’s come up with. Using ink and graphite, he interprets big concepts like consciousness from a scientific, philosophical, and spiritual perspective.
The book will include 40 drawings by Diaz, as well essays by esteemed scientists and experts in various fields of study – mathematics, biomedicine, philosophy, plasma physics, etc.
Diaz’s work is gorgeous. And bringing together science, art, and the spirit like this is exciting.
Take a look at the video below to learn more about the project.
And if you feel like helping to make it happen and getting a copy of the book for yourself, stop by the Soul of Science Kickstarter Project page to donate.
Mercury moves into Sagittarius today and will stay there until November 14th.
Looking at this transit from a Tarot perspective, it’s like the Magician is wearing Temperance’s clothing. His cape has turned into wings and he’s playing with water.
Mercury in Sagittarius, or the Magician in Temperance’s clothing, can be a time of balanced inspiration.
It’s great for expressing ideas that might normally seem too big to consider. Give them some thought, you never know what you’ll come up with.
Issues or situations that seemed impossible to figure out might suddenly come together, as if by divine inspiration.
But really it’s clear vision and a good dose of faith that’s probably at work. Direct it with will and you can make miracles happen.
The Moon moves into Taurus today and stays there until Wednesday.
If you look at this transit through the eyes of the Tarot, it would be like the High Priestess is dressed as the Hierophant. She’s sitting before two acolytes and sharing the secrets she usually guards.
The Moon in Taurus, or High Priestess in the Hierophant’s clothes, is a time of spiritual and emotional certitude.
There’s a sense that the truth can be explained, understood and incorporated into daily life. Rules can and should be followed.
Instead of trying to force others to recognize what you know to be certain, try using this time to simply share your emotional, intellectual and spiritual perceptions.
Celebrate the diversity of spirit in our world, while figuring out for yourself what rules, spiritual or otherwise, work best for you.

Ace of Disks
Start that new project now! I know it’s just the beginning and you can hardly see how it’s going to manifest, but manifest it will. The Ace of Disks is the seed that begins all new physical realities.
Is it a new job? A novel approach to an old one? Trying to get a project off the ground? Starting a new workout or eating regime?
It doesn’t matter if you don’t have all the details yet. What’s important right now is to start working. Do it with the confidence that it’s going to succeed – in the real world.
All great trips require a first step. This is the opportunity you’ve been waiting for. Take the step and start the journey.
Here are a couple of more drafts from my cut and paste Tabloid Tarot.
It’s the Tower and the Star … after the shock, a fairy godmother arrives with cake …
