Directed by Yoko Okumura, and beautifully shot by Bennett Cerf, this fabulous short documentary called Sit, is a fascinating perspective on meditation and finding purpose in one’s life. It features Shohaku Okumura, a Buddhist monk, his wife Yuko, and their son Masaki.
