Origins: Superstitions

Mitch Horowitz, author of Occult America and One Simple Idea, has teamed up with filmmaker Ronni Thomas to create a new web series called Origins: Superstitions.

As the title might suggest, the series explores the origins of superstitions. It looks at everything from why we bless people after they sneeze, to why we have bridesmaids, or try not to walk under ladders.

Pam Grossman on Art and Magic
