High Priestess as Justice
The Moon moved into Libra today, and will stay there until Sunday.
Looking at this transit through the lens of the Tarot, it would be like the High Priestess is wearing Justice’s clothing. She takes on the mantle of the Karmic Decider.
With the High Priestess as Justice, or the Moon in Libra, we might be required to face up to something and decide.
Our emotions will demand respect. If we’ve leaned too far back or forward, we’ll probably find ourselves moving just as dramatically the other way.
It can be a slightly challenging period, perhaps a little manic. But by the time it’s done, something is likely to have been decided upon.
Don’t be alarmed by conflicting emotions. They’re there because you can see both sides. It’s not good enough though to just acknowledge them and walk away.
During this transit you’re being asked to take a stand one way or another. And you’ve got the wisdom and power to do so.

Lightening Strikes the Hierophant
Mars moves into Taurus today and stays there until June 21st.
Looking at this transit through the eyes of the Tarot, it’s like the Tower’s lightening has struck the Hierophant’s throne. And his acolytes are tumbling down.
The Tower is always a surprise. Just when you think you’ve got it all figured out, something shocking proves you’re wrong.
We build towers for defense, protection and a higher perspective. But if we’re not careful, they can easily become prisons. Prisons so high, they become lightening rods.
The Tower in the Tarot provides liberation from those elements in our life that have become too solid, unyielding, or concrete. It’s a destructive force, but one that can bring enlightenment along with it.
The Hierophant, on the other hand, is much more comfortable when the world feels grounded. He likes things straight ahead, steady and controlled.
He is what tradition is all about. He’s the masculine moral authority, and rules are very important to him. He doesn’t typically look well on surprises.
But he does appreciate enlightenment. In fact that’s why he’s so concerned with the rules. He uses ritual and tradition to find a path to the divine.
The Tower might come announced to the Hierophant‘s chambers, but the old master won’t likely be too disturbed. He’s more apt to use the situation as a spiritual lesson, like he’d been expecting it all along.
When Mars moves into Taurus, and the Hierophant’s stone throne is struck by lightening, we might find that what we thought was certain, no longer seems so obvious.
Belief structures might shift, and rules that used to make sense might now feel outmoded.
Old ways of seeing the spirit, religion or traditional structures are all up for review. As could be our perceptions about who really has moral authority.
Don’t be afraid of letting tradition for tradition’s sake fall away. And if an idol or two falls with it, that’s all right too.
It might be a bit chaotic for a moment, but this is your chance to find faith in yourself. Use it as an opportunity to start being your own last word.

High Priestess as Hermit
The Moon moves into Virgo today and will be there until Friday.
From a Tarot perspective, you might think of this transit as the High Priestess wearing the Hermit’s clothes. She’s putting on her cowl.
The Moon in Virgo, or High Priestess in the Hermit’s clothing, is a time for practical, quiet reflection. Seeking the advice of an expert, and listening carefully to what they have to say could be worthwhile.
Or maybe someone will be asking you for your advice.
Your home is more important now than the outside world. Start thinking how to make it more practical. You might not be ready to do the work just yet, but this is a great time to plan.
Emotionally, it’s a time of calm. Perfect for listening and reflecting rather than acting out in passion. Take your time. There’s no rush.
Study, organization, contemplation, solitude, emotional self-reflection. Don’t be afraid to be alone right now. There’s lot’s to do on your own.

High Priestess as Strength
The Moon moves into Leo today and stays there until Wednesday.
Translated into Tarot cards, this transit would be like the High Priestess is wearing Strength’s clothing. She’s thrown off her heavy cape and is spending some time outside with her lion.
The Moon in Leo, or High Priestess in Strength’s clothing is potentially a time of emotional power. Something beautiful that’s usually under wraps can finally be revealed.
The silence is broken. Quiet wisdom and passion can be united. During this time, it might be difficult to keep your ideas to yourself. But why should you?
Try finding an outlet for plans you’ve been sitting on? This is an opportunity to shine if you’re not over-burdened by self-consciousness.
It might feel a little uncomfortable at first, but letting your wilder side out right now could be positive. The sun isn’t always shining. Take advantage of it when it does.

High Priestess dressed as Lovers' Angel
The Moon moves into Gemini today and will stay there until Saturday.

The Moon in Gemini, or High Priestess dressed as the Lovers’ angel, can be an emotionally confusing time, one where internal conflicts arise in order to be reconciled.
But it can also be a time of clarity, honest communication and almost intuitive understanding about yourself and those around you.
Quiet faith teams up with commitment and the Angels approve of the whole thing.

The Moon in Taurus, or High Priestess in the Hierophant’s clothes, is a time of spiritual and emotional certitude.

The Moon moves into Pisces today, and stays there until Friday.
Described in Tarot cards, this transit would be like the High Priestess is dressed as the Moon.
She’s lost her material body and has disappeared into the celestial body that usually rests at her feet.
The Moon in Pisces, or High Priestess dressed as the Moon, is a time of increased perception, ill-defined understanding and what might be described as night vision.
During this time you could find your dreams feel more real than your daylight hours and what’s not said is louder than what is.
Fears might grow like a boogieman under the bed, but if you just take a peek, they’re as likely to be dust bunnies as demons or ghosts.
Be still, aware and fearless. It might be dark outside, but if there was ever a time you can navigate the unknown, this is it. Listen, breathe, flow.

High Priestess in Star's Clothing
The Moon moves into Aquarius today and stays there until Wednesday.
Described in Tarot cards, this transit would be like the High Priestess is dressed as the Star. In other words, her robes are gone and she’s naked as the bird in the tree behind her.
The Moon in Aquarius, or High Priestess in the Star’s clothing, can sometimes be emotionally stressful. Hope may be in the air, but it’s a cautious hope.
Emotionally you feel like sharing, bubbling over with dreams for the future. But your mind keeps getting in the way, reminding you that dreams can sometimes be nightmares.
Try not to spend what could be a nice time double guessing yourself or listing off all the reasons things could go wrong. They might. But they probably won’t.
Be real, but not a wet blanket. Rather than smothering your dreams, direct them with intelligence.
