You’ll probably be feeling quite loving today.  Emotions are open and flowing and you’re getting along with everyone.

9 of Disks

You’ve worked hard for your keep, with discipline and perseverance.  Physically, some important goals are finally being achieved. 

You’re moving towards a place where you feel more at ease, towards a practical stability.   The fruits of your labour can now be recognized and finally enjoyed.

Take some time today to quietly congratulate yourself. You’ve worked hard and deserve what you’ve received.  Though the road hasn’t always been easy, developing patience and inner strength will have proved well worth it.

I’ve been reading two Tarot books this last little while that are quite different from one another. Both though, are very interesting.

The first is Ancestral Tarot: Uncover Your Past and Chart Your Future by Nancy Hendrickson. As might be clear from the title, It’s focus is connecting with ancestors using the cards.

The second is The Neuroscience of Tarot: From Imagery To Intuition To Prediction by Siddharth Ramakrishnan. Again, an apt title. This book explores the neuroscience of intuition.

Both books have a lot of exercises to work through, and I’ve been trying every one. I’ll probably write some short reviews when I finish, but for now I just wanted to share the titles. They really are interesting books.

Physically things will likely be pretty good today.  You’re probably feeling strong and have enough of everything that you really need.  You might even have more than enough and can give some away.

If you do, take advantage of this period to be generous.  You’ve done wonderfully in building your world, see if you can help someone else do the same.

The silence is broken. Quiet wisdom and passion can be united. During this time, it might be difficult to keep your ideas to yourself. But why should you?

Try finding an outlet for plans you’ve been sitting on? This is an opportunity to shine if you’re not over-burdened by self-consciousness.

It might feel a little uncomfortable at first, but letting your wilder side out right now could be positive. The sun isn’t always shining. Take advantage of it when it does.

#7 – The Chariot

Today you’ll likely see some movement. The Chariot is the card of change, the card that takes you places.  Having finally determined the direction you’d like to go, now is the time to get cracking and go there.

Changing jobs, moving house or some sort of travel are the larger manifestations of the Chariot energy.  Sometimes though, it might bring no more than a strong desire to redecorate your living room or go for a long drive.

However it plays out, try not to give up if the going gets a little tough. More often then not, just sticking it out and playing for real is all it takes to ensure victory.  You’ve come this far already, why would you give up now?
