Though it’s not exactly a Tarot deck, the Lufthansa City Center Tarot is apparently a fantastic little sales generator.
The video below, posted by David Hofmann, explains how an oracle deck was used by the Lufthansa City Center Travel Agency to let fate help their customers choose the perfect holiday destination.

Now here’s a hotel I’d like to stay in …
The W New Orleans in the French Quarter has done some serious renovations.
Inspired by the French Quarter itself, the designers used Jazz, Voodoo, and the Tarot as their muse.
You can see some pictures of the new rooms at the W New Orleans website, my favourite of course being the Queen of Pentacles room.
It’s somewhat odd that they took the five pointed star out of the pentacle the Queen is holding, but I still love that there’s a room with a giant Tarot card on the wall.
If I ever get to New Orleans, I definitely want to stay there. It would only be appropriate that The Tarot Room stays in a Tarot room.
