Aboriginal Dreamtime Oracle

What a beautiful deck … the Aboriginal Dreamtime Oracle by Mel Brown.

This new deck, released through Rockpool Publishing, feels rich, deep, and yes, dreamy. It shares the stories of the Aboriginal Ancestors as channeled through Mel Brown, each card offering a different dream, one we can have while we’re awake.

Brown, a Ngunnawai woman, describes dreaming as Mother Earth whispering ancient stories and sharing wisdom, and Dreamtime as being an ‘ancient bible’ that explains creation and provides guidance to help understand and live our lives.

In this deck (one of a series of Aboriginal themed decks created by Brown), 40 different dreams are represented, each one beautifully illustrated with a composite image of a photo and painting.

There’s a calm elegance to these cards that encourages reflection, and the accompanying handbook that tells the story of each dream is both clear speaking and spiritually illuminating.

For those interested in an oracle deck with a quiet voice, but the power of ageless wisdom, take a look at the Aboriginal Dreamtime Oracle. I think you might really like it.
